Rezpage steps in as a game-changer, offering process automation software. Its primary goal is to simplify property management workflows for businesses operating in the residential sector. This innovative tool shifts many administrative tasks from staff to applicants and residents, allowing personnel to provide a more personalised service.

The Birth of Rezpage

 

Rezpage’s inception is not a sudden event but rather a result of extensive experience in hotel property management systems. It all started when we were approached to develop a specialised booking engine for a large-scale built-to-rent apartment project in Australia. This venture marked our entry into long-stay management.

The success of this initial project propelled us forward, leading to a tender opportunity from a European student housing group. Winning this project expanded our reach to multiple countries and accelerated Rezpage’s growth. We soon found ourselves taking on additional projects in Australia, firmly establishing our presence in the residential property management landscape.

Managing the unique demands of enterprise clients while fostering company growth can be a delicate balancing act. Rezpage has found the perfect equilibrium by maintaining a standardised core system while allowing room for customization. Features tailored for individual projects are seamlessly integrated into the standard package, providing flexibility for future clients.

“Over the past few years, we’ve expanded from zero to approximately 7,000 live apartments, with another 1,500 in the pipeline”.

Among our various business units, Rezpage stands out as the fastest-growing. In just a few years, we’ve expanded from ground zero to managing approximately 7,000 live apartments, with another 1,500 in the pipeline. This remarkable growth is a testament to the rising demand in the residential housing market and our competitive edge in this sector.

 

The Comprehensive Rezpage System

“The app will enable residents to access buildings, rooms, and book external services. The system is designed to cater to the needs of modern hybrid-use buildings.”

Rezpage’s comprehensive system encompasses a booking and leasing engine, a property management operations module, a resident service portal, and an upcoming app. This app will empower residents to access buildings, rooms, and book external services, enhancing their overall experience.
